Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reelio mobile application and the services it connects to (together, "Reelio", "the App", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Reelio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Who can use Reelio

Reelio is intended for users aged 13 and above. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use Reelio with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the App you confirm that the information you provide (name, email, phone number, business details) is accurate.

2. Your account

You can create a Reelio account with an email and password, or by signing in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. What Reelio does

Reelio helps you create short videos and images from templates, photos, and text prompts, including:

• A library of festival, devotional, business, and quote templates that you can personalize locally on your device;
• A guided video creator and an AI-assisted image studio that generate content from your prompts and, where you choose to provide them, your own photos and brand details;
• A credit ("wallet") system used to track usage of AI-assisted generation features. New accounts receive a small number of welcome credits. Reelio does not currently charge real money for credits; if paid credit top-ups are introduced in the future, they will be processed through Google Play's billing system and these Terms will be updated accordingly.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, text, brand details, and other material you upload or enter into Reelio ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you give Reelio a limited license to store, process, and display it back to you solely to provide the App's features (for example, rendering it into a personalized template or generated video). You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to any photos, logos, or third-party material you upload, and for making sure Your Content doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or violate any law.

5. AI-generated content

Some features in Reelio use third-party AI models (including Google's Gemini models) to generate video, image, or text content based on your prompts. AI-generated output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for some audiences — review generated content before you share or publish it. You are responsible for how you use content generated through Reelio, including any decision to publish it publicly or use it commercially.

6. Acceptable use

Please don't use Reelio to create, upload, or share content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, infringing, or that impersonates a person or organization without permission. Please don't attempt to reverse-engineer the App, interfere with its normal operation, or access accounts or data that don't belong to you.

7. Templates and third-party assets

Template artwork, icons, and sample media provided within the App remain the property of Reelio or its licensors. You may use personalized output you create for your own personal or business promotional purposes, but you may not resell or redistribute the underlying template assets themselves.

8. Referrals and credits

Reelio may offer referral codes or promotional credits from time to time. We reserve the right to adjust, limit, or discontinue any credit or referral program, and to reclaim credits obtained through fraud or abuse of the program.

9. Service availability

Reelio depends on backend services and third-party AI providers to generate content. We don't guarantee the App will always be available, error-free, or that generation requests will always succeed. Features may change, be added, or be discontinued as the App evolves.

10. Termination

You may stop using Reelio and request deletion of your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy for how). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to Reelio, other users, or third parties.

11. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Reelio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reelio and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including issues arising from AI-generated content or third-party service outages.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Reelio evolves. When we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use of Reelio after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
